How long will it take for my order to ship?
All prints are made to order.
Please allow approximately 3-10 business days for production.
Choosing priority shipping at checkout DOES NOT affect production times.
Typically, canvases, framed prints, and photo luster prints larger than 24x36 are on the longer end or production times. They are not manufactured in house, so we have little control over when they ship. You will receive tracking info for these items as soon as we do.
During promotional sales, production can take up to two weeks based on the volume of orders placed.
Production times are always an ESTIMATION. Sometimes things happen and delays occur. We are a tiny company doing our absolute best to get everything out as efficiently as possible while ensuring that quality and care go into each individual order placed. ( I say we, but the majority of the time I am a one woman show)
Can you rush ship my order?
If you need your print sooner, please just shoot us an email. Production of unframed paper prints up to 24x36 can typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please understand that all prints and products are made to order. A lot of time and resources go into each and every order. We have spent years sourcing the best quality materials, and those are not cheap. Because of this, all sales are final.
What do I do if my print arrives damaged?
Should the print arrive damaged in any way, a replacement will be shipped immediately as long as proof of damage is provided. You can send an email to us with a photo of the damage. Please include photos of the damage to both the product, and the packaging. Without this, a replacement cannot be provided.
I saw a print on your instagram but can't find it here, can I still purchase?
Of course! Just shoot an email or DM including the image and in most cases, a custom print can be made!
Can you print larger than the listed sizes?
In most cases, unframed paper prints can be made up to 40x60".
Some prints may lose quality if blown up that large, particularly those shot before 2019, as we have since upgraded our equipment.
Please shoot us an email including a link to the image you are interested in.
Can you print or frame a square or custom size?
Absolutely! Just ask! We can even do diptychs or triptychs!
Why is my print more cropped than the listed image?
Prints are shot & displayed in a 2:3 aspect ratio. As mentioned on each image listing, some sizes such as 8x10, 16x20, etc. are slightly cropped to fit a 4x5 dimension instead of the standard 2x3.
This is done for your convenience so the prints can fit in most standard frames. If you are ordering one of these sizes and want to ensure a certain side of the image is included in the final print, just specify this in the notes at checkout.
Why isn't my canvas or framed print signed?
ONLY UNFRAMED PHOTO LUSTER PAPER PRINTS ARE SIGNED.
Any canvas order (framed or unframed) and framed photo luster prints are NOT signed, as they are not manufactured in house & are shipped directly to you.
We do this to reduce production time & shipping costs so that we can get you your orders more quickly & affordably.
How can I go about getting a signed canvas or framed print?
Please reach out BEFORE placing your order. A fee of $50 will be added per signed item.
What size frame do I order?
Order the same size frame as the print purchased. For example, if you order a 16x20 print, order a 16x20 frame.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A FRAME ADD ON YOU MUST ALSO PURCHASE A PRINT IN THE SAME SIZE IN THE SAME ORDER. If you only purchase a framing add on, your order will be cancelled, even if you have previously purchased a print. (this does not apply to 6x6 Framed Prints)
Can I apply a sale price to a previous order?
No. Promotional sales are valid only on orders placed within the dates that the sale is occurring. No exceptions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. At this time we can ship unframed paper prints up to size 24x36 internationally.
Please note that any customs fees are the buyers full responsibility.
